The Kenworth T680E is the first-ever Class 8 battery-electric model, a true zero-emission solution. This heavy-duty truck will help you meet your green program objectives, while leveraging the excellent performance, reliability and cab comfort of the Kenworth T680.
The zero-emission Kenworth T680E has an estimated operating range of approximately 241 km, depending on the application. It uses a CCS1 DC fast charger with a maximum output of 120 kWh and an estimated charge time of 3.3 hours. The T680e is equipped with 536 continuous horsepower, reaches a peak output of 670 horsepower and offers 1,623 lb-ft of torque. It is the first on-road electric vehicle worthy of the Kenworth name.
Designed for pickup and delivery applications, the electric T680 is offered as a day cab as a tractor or straight truck in a 6x4 axle configuration. The new model is offered with a gross vehicle weight rating (GVWR) of 54,000 lbs and 82,000 lbs.
