SAINT-LAURENT (Quebec) – On Tuesday, October 22, an evening was held at the Ossiano restaurant in Montreal to celebrate the contribution and collaboration of our longstanding employees.
Kenworth Montreal celebrated the 10th, 15th, 20th and 25th anniversaries of service for its loyal employees with great gratitude, as well as welcoming its longstanding employees, each of them cumulating more than 25 years of loyal service.
These anniversaries, in addition to being a proof of the stability of the team and the company, reflect a clear desire from Kenworth Montreal to retain its staff in this competitive industry. These retention efforts are orchestrated at many levels by ensuring that employees are provided with a stimulating work environment that encourages their learning and gives them social benefits.
