Assistant Service Manager

Responsabilies

Plan, organize, manage, direct and coordinate activities related to customer service or workshop, in order to achieve the objectives of operation in accordance with the guidelines, and this within the budget of the Service Department.

Fonctions include:

o Staff Management
o Customer satisfaction
o Planning appointments
o Marketing activities related to Service
o Support to the Service Manager
o Process Control

Requirements

o Hold a Bachelor or equivalent;
o Experience of more than 5 years in customer service including the supervision of a team;
o Knowledge of vehicle mechanics;
o Bilingual (spoken, read, written);
o Good computer skills, including MS Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook);
o Good communicator with ability to synthesize and analysis;
o Spirit of Entrepreneurship and results-oriented behavior;
o Leadership (mobilize, guide, influence);
